WHY DELTA-8?
Delta-8 THC is a cannabinoid found in Hemp. Chemically, delta-8 is very similar to delta-9 THC (the “high” cannabinoid), with the only difference being the location of a double bond. Delta-8 is active at both the CB1 and CB2 receptors and has a psychotropic potency about 1/3-1/2 of delta-9 THC.

IS IT LEGAL?
D8 is currently federally legal but prohibited by law in these states: AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, ID, IA, KY, MS, MT, NV, UT, RI. For this reason, we cannot sell to customers in those states.

WILL I GET HIGH?
Yes. The psychoactive effects of Delta-8 are less intense and said to last for a shorter period compared to the effects of a D9 THC vape.
